
Hello Milan! Highlights from Milan Fashion Week F/W16
Hello Milan! At Milan Fashion Week we saw it all. There was a true show at Moschino, as dresses smoked down the runway. Roberto Cavalli had a whimsical bohemian quality, true fashion innovation was seen at Fendi. Philipp Plein had a futuristic show with gorgeous laser cut leather, whilst flowers were all over Dolce & Gabbana. Geometric squares, circles, triangles and lines were all over the runway at Emporio Armani, Max Mara, Emilio Pucci, Iceberg, Marni, Salvatore Ferragamo & Sportmax, and some more patterns at Versace. There were modern silhouettes at Giorgio Armani, Elisabetta Franchi, Tods and Costume National. All in all Fabulous!
Moschino
Moschino Fall Winter 2016 was fabulous. The theme was fire, and dresses were on fire! There was smoke coming out of dresses on the runway as well as matches on the bags and cigarettes on lip prints. Lets not forget the signature bears as well. Jeremy Scott did it once again!
Fendi
Fendi Fall Winter 2016 was a fashion forward collection, with gorgeous furs, dresses, bags shoes and long socks to love and wear relentlessly in the fall!
Roberto Cavalli
The Roberto Cavalli Ready to Wear Fall Winter 2016 collection was all about layers with a bohemian quality.
Philipp Plein
Philipp Plein Fall winter 2016 was all about the future, with sleek leather and laser cuts patterns as well as some gorgeous dresses. There was an element of John Snow meeting Back to the Future!
Dolce & Gabbana
Dolce & Gabbana Fall Winter 2016 was full of flowers & fantasy.
Emporio Armani
Emporio Armani Fall Winter 2016 was a “New Pop” show. With geometric shapre galore, as well as elegance and modern silhouettes.
Max Mara
This collection had a touch of sparkle and some oversized sophistication as well as cool vertical stripes.
SportMax
The Sportmax Fall Winter collection had structured yet loose silhouettes, with black and white colours and geometric shapes and stripes all over.
Salvatore Ferragamo
Salvatore Ferragamo Fall Winter 2016 was a collection full of colour blocking geometries.
Iceberg
This collection was full of squares, squares squares!
Marni
Costume National
This was a sophisticated collection, with oversized looks that had a subtle edge.
Emilio Pucci
Emilio Pucci Fall Winter 2016 was made up of oversized looks with fabrics full of stripes!
Giorgio Armani
Giorgio Armani Fall Winter 2016 had chic and edgy looks with blanket Coats for the dapper gentleman.
Tods
The Tods Fall Winter show had fabulous suedes and leathers adorned with fur, foxtails and tassels. As for the shoes, there were structured loafers with tassle or metal detailing and red lace up boots.
Elisabetta Franchi
Elisabetta Franchi Fall Winter 2016 was a collection of truly wearable clothes, with an Italian flair, for the modern woman.
Versace
Versace Fall Winter 2016 had many hues of blue, as well as patterns galore, all with signature Versace flair.
