La Tentation de Nina – A Magical Fragrance

As a lover of all things fairytale, I found myself immersed in the magic of Nina Ricci’s new campaign for latest fragrance La Tentation De Nina

The video features the ever beautiful and mesmerising Frida Gustavvson. Her perfect face, delicate frame and big innocent eyes captivate you, and charm you into her adventure of discovery.

Nina Ricci

Curiosity compels Nina as she trails deep into the woods in a Nina Ricci fuchsia cape.  As whimsical as the hooded cape is, it also couldn’t be more current. The fit and cut  are 2014 perfection. Searching for the source of a magical gleam, Nina finds her self at the doorstep of an empty cottage where she spots an apple. Forbidden fruit? or is it? She bites right in, and finds herself in a wonderland of temptation. Macaroons, cakes, sweets, pastries, everything her heart desires. An incessant treasure, treasure of the senses.

And thats what the fragrance is a treasure in a bottle, capturing the hypnotic scent of macaroons. A sublime combination of rose, bourbon vanilla, white musk & Italian bergamot and other secret ingredients presented in a magical bottle. The dream of creating a sweet marriage between Nina Ricci and L’aduree has manifested beautifully.

Olivier Cresp, the Master Perfumer, and Vincent Lemains, the New Creation Pastry Chef at Laduree,  have transpired this project with seamless elegance.

No different to the bottle, the macaroons were created in fuchsia pink and dusted with gold leaf, a piece of art. The flavours parallel to the scent of the perfume, a combination of raspberries, lemons, roses and almonds.

I created a Pinterest mood board of the campaigns inspirations, check it out on
